I am having problem in my job. I tried to perform well but i could not meet the expectation of my boss/higher level. Sometimes, i am unable to give full concentration on certain things. But i'd tried my level best to improve on my job. Sometimes, I feel like i have a lot of commitments and i have to do it alone without anybody's help. Especially when it comes to family matters. I keep on thinking about my family and job. This makes me tired. End of the day i feel like nothing much i achieved and i keep on telling myself that i need to improve a lot.
