Baba, here at my work place due to bad politcs and some bad people i was dominated and the job which i was doing very hardly and loyaly was taken away, as i was doing it very well and because of that i would have reached good post very fast and hence some people played bad politics here and my work was given to other person at that time when i was going to get promoted and without any contribution of that person, he was promoted. so since 2012 i am in the sam position and not promoted.God please bless me, so that this year i will be promoted to Assistant manager post with good salary hike and good facilites, my backlog will be covered and salary wise i will come to good level.i also strongly beleive that i left behind because, i did not had your blessings that time and not i have my Guru and his blessings with me, so i am very sure that i will be considered for promotion.
